A Pattern Of Overwhelm In Life...

I want to talk to you very briefly about a pattern that I see happening in the world, and that I used to see in myself.

It’s the pattern of “overwhelm”, a theme that seems to be prevalent throughout the world.

Too many things to do, too much responsibility, too much information and not enough time.

This leaves people exhausted, overwhelmed and emotionally shut down (because they simply can’t process what’s going on.)

Are you feeling any of this?

And if so what’s the answer to this problem?

I KNOW (and this is from personal experience and trial and error), that the answer is to deal with your STUFF, your BAGGAGE, your HISTORY, your LIMITING BELIEFS, once and for all.

Now, your first response to this might be, “But I don’t have TIME to deal with that stuff.”

The reality is you don’t have time NOT TO deal with this stuff.

Not dealing with your “stuff”, falls in the same category as not exercising.

Most people’s excuse is they don’t have time to exercise, but the facts show that exercise improves health, increases mental performance, reduces sleep time, and makes life a whole lot better.

And it’s the same thing for dealing with your “stuff”.

Again, by “stuff”, I mean all the unresolved emotions, hurts, limiting beliefs, physical pain, and so forth that you’ve been carrying around WAY too long.

I believe that one of the best ways to handle these issues is to use EFT, otherwise known as Tapping.

Right now there's a really easy and f.r.e.e. way to learn both basic and advanced Meridian Tapping techniques that you can implement in your life right away:

If you can bust out a limiting belief with 10 minutes of tapping, and it can change everything in your life, what are you waiting for?

Are you enjoying the continual patterns of suffering, pain, and regret? I don’t think you are.

So with this in mind, I highly recommend that you listen in on the 2011 Tapping World Summit, to tap along with the world’s foremost experts, in concrete, condensed sessions specifically designed to give you 100% content that you can apply to your life immediately.

If you’re ready to break the patterns of self-sabotage, of anxiety, of procrastination, of whatever is holding you back, then register to listen in on these f.r.e.e. calls by going here:

You can’t use the “I can’t afford it” excuse, because it’s FREE.

And we already talked about the “time” issue, so what’s left? :)

Peace and Victory,
Jevaughn Brown

P.S. Everything changes when you get rid of this “stuff”. EVERYTHING. Make sure to do register now, for your sake, for your family’s sake, for the planet’s sake! :)

How Great Leaders Inspire Action

Seriously, I got Epiphany Exhaustion from watching this -- LOL. This presentation is really profound when you look at the world from this perspective; opens your eyes to what's really going on, in a good way. The examples he uses to prove his points are very powerful, like Apple and TiVo; from Martin Luther King Jr. to the Wright Brothers. Check it out...

Money Is Like Hygiene...

“The psychologist Frederick Herzberg called money a “hygiene factor.” It is a motivator up to a certain point, after which it subsides in importance.

This means that you need a minimum amount of money to feel secure. If you have less than you need, you will think about money all the time. If you have more than you need, you will be able to relax and think of other things that are more important to you.

Wealthy people will tell you that money is only a way of keeping score. Once you achieve a certain level, you are aware of it, but you stop thinking about it all the time. You view money more as a measure of how well you are doing.

When you have enough, you then start to think more about your health, your relationships, and making a difference in your work life. You spend more time with your family. At a certain level, money is no longer your main concern. Your whole life improves when you reach this point.

But below a certain point, you think of nothing else. You get up in the morning and think about money. You talk about money at breakfast and you worry about money all day long. Your money concerns affect your relationships and have an impact on all your choices, including what you eat for lunch. This is no way to live.” – Brian Tracy

My Personal Tribute To Jim Rohn

December 5, 2009, Jim Rohn passed away. I learned of this yesterday December 7 - While, strangely, I had had it in mind for about a week now to post this series of videos here that had a strong impact on me when I first watched them... I delayed, and now, this post has added meaning in light of his death... So this is my version of a tribute to the great motivator, or should I say "inspirator", Mr. Jim Rohn, featuring some of his down-to-earth wisdom.

"How to have Your Best Year Ever": A great presentation to learn from and keep in mind as we all head out of one, let's call it "dramatic" year, and rush into another...

Highlight Quote #1: “Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job.”

Highlight Quote #2: “RESULTS is the name of the game.”

Highlight Quote #3: “Welcome all experiences. You never know which one is gonna turn everything on. Don’t put up the walls – the same wall that keeps out disappointment keeps out happiness. Take down the walls; go for the experience; let it teach you.”

'Nuff said.
